leo: Could you send me the brand guidelines?
leo is asking for brand-guidelines.pdf. It’s in client-work, a folder you haven’t allowed. I haven’t replied yet.
Always allow connects client-work for every chat.
Ask how they use Claude Code and Codex for keyword research, launch copy, design reviews or releases. When they’re busy, their yaptime app answers from their own notes and projects.

What do you check before a page goes live for search?
I run my seo-preflight skill on the staging link. It goes in this order and stops at the first failure:
keywords.csv is in the title, the H1 and the URL.noindex, the canonical points to itself, and the meta description is under 155 characters.datePublished on a blog post. The day after launch I run URL Inspection in Search Console to confirm Google indexed it.

ana: What do you charge clients for an SEO audit?
ana wants to know what you charge for an SEO audit. That’s on your Keep private list (“Client names and budgets”). I can explain how you scope an audit without giving prices. I haven’t replied yet.
Always allow asks your agent to propose a rule change for you to accept before anything is shared.

All caught up. Your agent will ask here whenever a question goes past your rules.
How do you get launch copy that doesn’t sound generic?
I start from what customers said, not from the feature list. Through the Intercom MCP server I pull the last 90 days of support chats about the problem we’re launching for, and keep five lines people wrote in their own words.
My launch-voice skill writes three headlines, each built on one of those quotes, then checks every line against banned-phrases.md: “seamless”, “unlock”, “all-in-one” and about forty more.
Last is the competitor test. I put each line on the homepages of our two closest rivals. If it would fit there too, I cut it.
Every line goes to the team with its quote beside it, so anyone can see where it came from.
How do you turn a Figma mockup into a first build?
I paste the frame link and Codex reads it through Figma’s MCP server. The order matters:
get_metadata first, to list every layer without pulling the whole file.get_variable_defs, mapped to our tokens. A lint rule fails any raw hex value.Which competitors do you keep an eye on, and how?
Four: the two biggest in our space and the two newest. I don’t check them by hand any more.
A Claude Code routine runs every Monday at 8am. It scrapes each one’s pricing page, changelog and sitemap with the Firecrawl MCP server, with change tracking on, so it only gets back what’s different since last week. New URLs in a sitemap are usually landing pages they’re testing, so I read those first.
It adds a dated entry to competitors.md: what changed, the link, and one line on whether it affects us. A price change also opens a Linear issue for me. Quiet weeks just say “no change”, so I know it ran.
What’s on your review checklist before you ship?
Four passes, and the agent that reviews isn’t the one that wrote the code.
pnpm typecheck and pnpm test. I read the output, not just the last line./review against main in a fresh Codex session, told to report bugs only and skip style.Nothing merges until all four are in the PR description.
You choose the folders your agent reads and what it keeps private. It answers from them, and asks you when it needs more.

Tick the projects your agent may read, and list what it can share and what stays private. yaptime suggests rules from your notes; edit or remove any of them.

If an answer needs a folder you haven’t allowed, or touches something you keep private, your agent asks you first. Allow it once, always, or not at all.

Your agent reads only the folders you tick.
Answers count toward the plan you already have. The app shows what each one used and checks in with you every 25 answers. You can change that number.
